Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Events and courses Listing and select the items that you wish to book for and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that advertisement of events and courses on this website should not be construed as an offer for purchase. The contract for attendance at an event or course shall not be binding until such time as we confirm acceptance of your remittance and confirmation of your booking. We accept credit/debit card payment and payment by invoice from Chamber Members. If you are not a Chamber Member we can only fulfill your order via credit/debit card payment. Events and courses are all UK based and as such we only accept bookings from people based in the UK. We accept a wide variety of cards, full details of acceptable cards are available on request and are apparent during the order process. Charges for events and courses are levied at the time of booking. You may send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling No additional charges will be levied for administration of your order

Delivery Schedule In the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event or course we will endeavour to notify you at least a week before the scheduled date

Refund Policy Full refunds are given in the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your booking. Cancellation by yourself up to 8 days before the event or course will, generally, qualify for 100% refunds although certain events and courses differ from this. Notification of cancellation periods will be supplied with confirmation of booking. Cancellations made less than 8 days before the event or course do not qualify for any refund.

Tax Charges For all orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
